To every woman who showed up, breathed deeply, and did the brave inner work... thank-you. Building this community in Langley and the Fraser Valley has been an amazing journey.

While I'm settling into my new home in Edmonton, I'll be stepping back from in-person offerings. But this isn't goodbye. I'm exploring how to bring coaching and breathwork to you virtually, and I'll share more as soon as I'm settled. Stay tuned... and please stay connected.
