All bookings are completed through Inspire Women's Fitness using the Mindbody booking system (app or website).
1️⃣ Book your spot in Mindbody

Search Inspire Women's Fitness

Select your preferred Thursday class

Scroll to the 7:00pm class labelled "Breathwork with Jen"
2️⃣ Choose your Session type

Drop-in
-
punch card
3️⃣ Choose your payment
4️⃣ Create your profile & complete the Studio waiver (if new to studio)
5️⃣ Complete my Breathwork waiver

Only applicable to new clients
-
I will email it to you
6️⃣ Arrive and be guided
-
Come as you are, no experience needed
-
Leave feeling lighter, calmer and reconnected.
